Why Our Process Works

Our contact with landlords is direct, to the point, and convincing. Landlords get the message that we don't waste time. We act swiftly and within the law to show them why they are fighting a losing battle. They realize that by not responding to our letter, they risk action by one of our affiliate attorneys. And when the landlord loses in court, they are often required to pay all court costs and associated attorney fees. Additionally, landlords do not want to be under the microscope of social media. Negative online reviews will ruin their reputation. And once one is initiated they start piling up, making it very difficult for them to continue doing business under close public scrutiny.
